Upload brand analytics reports

Ingest SQP, SCP, and TST CSVs into RankASIN so the keyword master and ASIN diagnostics can pick up fresh data.

In RankASIN
Go to Brand Analytics
Open

Prerequisites: You need an active seller account selected in the sidebar, and your Amazon account must have Brand Registry access — only registered brands can pull these reports from Seller Central. If you don't have Brand Analytics access, contact your brand owner.

  1. In Seller Central, go to Brands → Brand Analytics. Export these three reports as CSV files:

    • Search Query Performance — filter to a specific ASIN, export weekly or monthly
    • Search Catalog Performance — filter to the same ASIN, export weekly or monthly
    • Top Search Terms — search a category-level term (e.g., "toner pads"), export for the same period

Match cadence across all three: if you pull weekly SQP, pull weekly SCP and TST. Mixing cadences makes period comparisons unreliable.

  2. From the sidebar, navigate to Research → Brand Analytics. Use the scope toggle at the top to select either ASIN or Brand — ASIN scope gives you per-product funnel data; Brand scope aggregates across all ASINs in the brand.

  3. For each of the three report types, click Upload and select your CSV file. Multi-file bulk upload is supported — if you have several weeks' worth of CSVs, select all of them at once. RankASIN parses each file's metadata row to extract the reporting cadence and date range automatically.

  4. After upload, verify the period shown matches your CSV's reporting range. If you upload a file with the same (seller_account, cadence, period_start, period_end) as an existing upload, RankASIN upserts — no duplicates are created.

  5. Each report type shows a status indicator: not_started → uploaded → analyzed. Once a report reaches "analyzed," the cross-reference data is ready. If you have all three reports uploaded for the same period, the overlap terms (SQP ∩ TST) become available in the analysis panel.

What gets auto-harvested

When you save a diagnostic (from any ASIN's detail page), RankASIN pulls keywords from your uploaded SQP and TST reports into the keyword master, then auto-tiers them via refreshKeywordMaster. New keywords are inserted; existing ones are updated with fresh tier scores. No manual curation required.

The harvested keywords flow into Keyword Master, where you can review tiers, adjust priority, and mark conviction keywords for specific ASINs.
