Introduction
What RankASIN is, who it's for, and how these docs are organized.
RankASIN is a SaaS platform for Amazon sellers, built around the real workflows that sellers already run by hand every week. Campaigns, keywords, bid adjustments, listing edits, compliance checks, weekly reviews — the platform mirrors those tasks rather than inventing new ones on top of them.
It's aimed at two kinds of people. First, independent Amazon sellers who do their own listing, ads, and research work and want a single place to track decisions across ASINs instead of juggling spreadsheets. Second, teams managing multiple ASINs or brands who need shared context — so a new teammate can see what's been tried, what's working, and what's queued up next.
The guiding philosophy is straightforward: nothing gets built into RankASIN until it's been done by hand first. Every feature reflects a manual step a seller actually takes, which means the docs can double as a reference for the craft itself — not just the product.
These docs are organized around Amazon workflows, not product navigation. Each section — Research, Listing Optimization, Advertising, Compliance, and so on — mixes three kinds of pages:
- Concept pages explain the underlying theory (what Buy Box share really means, how ACoS relates to margin).
- Guide pages give you the step-by-step playbook (how to run a weekly keyword review, how to harvest converting terms into a manual campaign).
- In RankASIN pages show you where the product surfaces each workflow and how to use the feature that implements it.
If you're new, head to Quick start to get from signup to your first ASIN in about five minutes, then read Core concepts to learn the vocabulary — ASIN, SKU, UPC, seller account, organization — that every other section will assume you know.
